We provide management consulting and interim management services for clients. We specialize in startup and emerging growth company situations with an emphasis on physician practice and technology based companies. First published by McGraw-Hill, this book guides physicians through a step by step process to develop a business plan. This is an invaluable tool for new practices and those that are growing and otherwise want to plan and control their future. The plan leads to specific actions that users will take to buidl their business - in short, we go beyond "mission" and "vision".

Practice Analytics: Our newest division now in beta testing. Directed towards medical practices, we work with physicians to take their practice's financial and other performance data and create information you can use - knowledge that builds a stronger practice. Each quarter we compile your data and create a series of analyses which is your resource. We go the next step, and analyze the data, identifying important points and trends for you and recommending action where it is needed.
